Manufactured in a human-grade facility, we use only 100% natural, limited ingredients. We do not use artificial additives, preservatives, sugar or fillers.

Our treats are preservative-free, fully dehydrated, and bacteria are eliminated using high temperatures between 140.0 °F and 194.0 °F. To keep them fresh for up to three months, store in a dry, sealed container.

Delivery and Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns or exchanges. Once your package is shipped via carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx, our responsibility ends, unless the product is defective. Please check your package within 48 hours of delivery to ensure all items are included and in good condition.

What to Do if Your Order is Defective

If you receive a defective product (not related to package damage), take a photo or video of the issue and email us at contact@furfestland.com or message us on Instagram @the.furriest within 48 hours. Be sure to include details and visuals of the defect. If you don’t hear back within 2-3 business days, send us a direct message on Instagram to ensure we see your request.

What to Do if an Item is Missing

If your order is missing an item, notify us within 48 hours. Take a picture of the items and packaging received, then email or direct message us on Instagram with your name and order number. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Free US shipping for orders over $49.

All of our orders and delivered by USPS. Deliveries are typically done within 7-10 business days following the order, although this varies depending on location. Orders received on Friday or the weekend will be handled the following week. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number when your item is sent.
